Creating own tunings

Hi, i try to play around with the tunings and i stuck here. What i need is F A# D# G# G C.
is that possible? I choose the F-tuning and tried to get string 2 to G but it stuck on A#. First string i can switch to C. Its just the string 2 to i can´t switch any further.

the tuning is only to provide the maximal quality of conversion: it will not influence the converted notes. A half note dismatch will not be noticeable.
