I sometimes use the alternate tuning: DADGAD. Will midi guitar 2 add this tuning to their list of alternate tunings ?
the tunings listed are for improving accuracy: if you simple use the drop D presets, it most likely works. But you can alter the preset tuning by dragging the individual notes (ios and MG for gargeband versions) or clicking the up/down buttons (full version)
“let ring” guitar styles are the most difficult to convert: keeping polyphony a bit down will help
