Cannot update to the current version

Hi, guys! I’ve just bought the license and activated my MIDI BASS and MIDI Guitar. But I cannot update to the current version from the trial. I get “Server connection error” every time I’m push the button “Download” in the program. But everything is OK with my Internet connection. Please, help me.

I’m not sure if you’re experiencing the same thing, but for whatever reason, my Netgear router seems to block the mandrillapp server from connecting. I’ve never been able to figure out why.
But when I set my phone up as a hotspot and use it for my internet connection everything goes through just fine.
And it’s not just a Jam Origin thing either. I’ve experienced this with a few other companies that use Mandrillapp for their server.
