Cant download new version(2.2.1), playback is sloppy. latency is at 256

You are talking about the iOS version or the Mac/PC version ?
If you can’t download, how come playback is sloppy ? Are you talking about the playback of the new one or the previous version ?
Are you using it a standalone or as plugin inside other software?
