I’ve been shuffling a lot of machines lately
Realised that I didn’t keep a record of my license
Ive requested the guys to resupply it (twice) but still haven’t received anything
Has anyone else had the same problem? How long did it take to get your license back?

Hello, I have the same problem. Bought a new computer and left my home country so I have no access to the old computer at this moment. The link I received in e-mail no longer counts. Best regards / Joel
Hello @Jogunn! The first thing to do would be to go to the docs page Documentation – Jam Origin and fill out the form, in case you haven’t yet. It may take a couple of days since this is handled once a week right now.
