I plan to buy Midi Guitar for Mac and i want to know if the support part of your company is still active, couse i read in some forums that exist problems with no answered emails etc.
I also want to know if there is a discount coupon 
couse as you know as musicians we have very difficult times earning money…

Yes, we are definitely alive, well and kicking. Its been a while since we upgraded the desktop/plugin version but that just mean we have had a good runway for next series of updates
We answer all emails, however posts on FaceBook, Twitter we largely ignore due to limited resources.
