Hi. I’m trying to get a refund on Midi Guitar 2 within the 14 day window. I have emailed the contact given in the receipt - “Ollie” - and have been told that a refund is possible. I have again asked for this and no one has got back to me. Anyone else had this issue? What did they do about it?
