Unable to download the latest MIDI Guitar 3 beta

Hi
I purchased a MIDI Guitar lifetime licence on 27 August 2024 and downloaded the 3.0.50 version for Mac.
Beta version 3.0.55 is now available but whenever I go to the download page, the link button is ‘not clickable’ and I cannot foenload the latest beta.
Am I missing something?

You need to scroll down below where it says DOWNLOADS

Much appreciate your quick response, feel a bit dumb that I didn’t bother to scroll down further rather than assuming the ‘green boxes’ were the ‘download links’.
