Hi all.

I’ve been using MIDI Guitar 2 and 3 as a hobby muso since about 2018/9 and have played occasionally in bands since the late 70s, at a time when I dreamed of something like a DAW on a computer and a way to run synths from a guitar that I could afford. This software fills the gap!

I like the sound and the feel of the system very much - way better than the Roland GI-10 Hex pickup module I used to use (on slower machines to be fair, but the GI-10 was doing the CPU and conversion work anyway).

I have a cheap Acer Aspire 5 15 - 16G RAM - with a consumer i9 CPU and on Windows 11 running Ableton Live.

I have also run MIDI guitar 2 and 3 on a similar earlier Aspire with an i5 and 32G RAM. Not quite as snappy, but did the job too.

Cheers from myself and thanks to the team at JAM ORIGIN for this revolutionary plugin!

Incidentally I’m a software engineer with plenty of C++ (and other) experience. You can find me on LinkedIn at:
