I’m using a violin with viola strings and a piezo pickup (via tube preamp and focusrite interface) into a macbook pro, and this MG is crazy good. Too much fun. Decent electric viola sound, with deep effects. Mostly using Halion sonic 3 synth instruments so far and it’s frigging great.
