I have updated my PC and have downloaded and installed midi guitar again, but I am having trouble downloading the license file.
I have contacted support but have not received a reply. Do I have to pay again?
No, you don’t have to pay again. If you aleady have filled out the ”lost licence” form, you just have to wait until the matter is handled. It is a manual process, and is usually attented to once a week. So you will probably get a response sometimes soon. :+1
