Accessing instruments such as Mela

I’m using 3.0.71 on iPad Gen 11 A16, I’m having trouble accessing some features on certain instruments like Mela and others only a small portion appears and half the features are missing.l

I don’t know about Mela, but I’m pretty sure Primer 2 (in your screenshot) is not MPE compatible. First, I’d suggest clicking “MPE MIDI” through to “MIDI 1.0 LEGACY” and selecting the appropriate bend range.

Also, have you tried to change the window display ratio setting?

You can open the standalone versions of Primer 2 or Mela and send MIDI from MG3 (MIDI output module) to the synths instead of hosting them inside MG3. This will give you the full plugin window.
