Attatched a screenshot of what it gives me when i try to enter my activation code for my hex license. Tried restarting it multiple times. Any help? This is annoying that i cant activate the license that i l paid for.
Have you tried to click the field “Apply authentication code”?
This happens when you click it several times and dont enter a code. Please re-open MG3 and just do it once.
Looks like I’m having the same problem. Did send emails to support but no response yet.
When I open it on its own it says test beta at the top. When I open it in gigperformer none of that.
Add on hex got a code for it also and after that many many times of that same question keeps popping up.
Can’t get anywhere in my set-up. Newbie here so would have liked both licenses to work. Any advice?
