Alternate Tuning - BEBEBE

I use the alternate tuning BEBEBE to play traditional Indian music. I tried the custom tuner in trial version by clicking up/down buttons, but it is not allowing this setup. Is this tuning possible with MG2?

The B is too low for MG2, but it will still respond to the other strings.
MG3 will have no such limitation.
