I purchased Midi Guitar 2, also had Midi Guitar 3 going via beta invite from a couple of years ago. Had a hard drive failure, transitioned to a new computer and need the licenses again. Have tried reaching out to Jam Origin but no reply. Is the product and support just dead now?
