Anyone Have Issues Ordering Lately?

I recently tried placing an order using PayPal as the payment method and it failed to complete. Has anyone else had issues completing an order recently?

Yes! Another user had the same problem a few days ago.
Im not sure what’s going on and I have reached out to FastSpring - the reseller company.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Its worth trying a fresh private/incogito browser tab and try from there.

Well, I tried the private browser window and still no luck. The order process fails after I attempt to complete the order.

Back to the drawing board.

Yes. I heard back but they say nothing is wrong.

The other user got through after using a private/incognito tab, and I think it’s not a common problem.

I don’t have any records of your email (the email used in this forum). If you use another email you can message me privately and I will look it up to maybe get more information why it’s rejected.
