hey , im just curious ,there is/may be a feature for articulations recognition on midi guitar 3?
im like thinking what if i use vst like shreddage hydra / ample guitar l
then theres articulations like pinch harmonic, palm mute, natural harmonics
i thought it will be a good idea to be able to program it in a way that playing those articulations on the guitar can trigger the articulations of the vst automatically

on similar note another question, i wanted to ask , is there a way to play midi guitar 3
get from it clean sound of guiar .. like kind of DI ,so midi guitar 3 will produce midi and instrument (guitar)
then to feed it into amp like neural dsp ?
im pretty sure its possible but im not sure how to do it so right now i feed the midi to hydra to get guitar sound
To trigger articulations in the VSTs used in MG3, the use of a MIDI controller is recommended. In combination with the patchbay, this allows you to adjust the settings via the controller’s footswitches and/or pedals.
To your second question: You always have the clean sound of your guitar available in MG3. If you have no instrument or FX inserted in a chain the clean “DI” sound is outputed. You don’t need a sepatare instance of neural DSP since the neural amp modeller is integrated in MG3 already. All you need are the “.nam” and “.IR” files.
