I’m new to this and I’m currently running the free version of MG2 on an ipad with the standard camera adaptor and a Xtone Pro foot switch. I would like to use this as a stand alone set up to play live. How can I control the guitar effects independently using the footswitch, ie…maybe have just the guitar as a patch and be able to have a clean sound then add some distortion to solo then turn it off to clean again. Should I be doing this in a different software and link MG2 to get the Midi effects? The Xtone comes with Bias Effects, can I link the 2? I don’t want to have to switch programs.
