Deep Expressor Future MG3 Question

Happy 2024!
I use Ableton Live and MG2 on a Apple Silicon Mac.
Some of my Projects make use of Deep Expressor.
However if I am recalling it right MG3 will be split between Midi Guitar and Expressors.
Let’s imagine MG3 arrives and that I want to play those old MG2 Projects again with MG3 instead.
Are the parameters of MG2 portable to MG3? Will the result be the same?

Its a long answer, but this is the short version:

MG3 will be able to import patches from MG2, partially. MG3 is really a completely new framework and we decided early on to not make backwards compatibility influence MG3 design decisions, in order to not carry over some of the bad decisions that was made in MG2. So, many things will differ from MG2, and importing old patches is only partial and will need some manual adjusting. The good news is that MG2 and MG3 can coexist as two plugins, until you have made the transition.

That will help. I will record the results in a new track so I can concentrate on MG3. That will lead to another question (sorry). Will MG3 contain deep expressor or has been developed as a new standalone plugin? You have an ace with Deep Expressor IMHO !
