I’m in a trouble setting up Jam Origin with a Digi2 with Logic Pro X 10.4. When I open Logic and Jam, I’m unable to access the MIDI tracks, perhaps due to a problem with addressing the audio track on the interface, or lack of drivers. Do you suggest any procedure?
-if your are using macOS Catalina you need to update the MG version used (downlaods are on jamorigin.com/downloads)
-there are no drivers needed for use of our app or Logic. If your interface needs drivers, normal recording will also not work. So please try using your interface for normal recording, and if it doesnt work, try updating drivers for the interface.
