Error message in Logic

Testing Guitar midi 3 with Logic Pro X and getting this error message:
“Your daw isn’t sending any audio to Midi Guitar. Enable the guitar input/monitoring for the track.”
I have already enabled input monitoring on the guitar track.

If I record a guitar track, then playback I can hear the midi on the instrument track.
It’s only when trying to play live that the plugin is throwing this error message.

Anyone got an idea?

Nevermind, found a fix… I was plugged into my Kemper, looks like this setup was problematic with Midi Guitar. Using my audio interface instead fixed the issue, in combination with ticking Software monitoring in Logic Preferences.
