Fail to order

I try to order but I don’t know why I can’t make the payment I have the money in my visa I try with PayPal and it don’t work I am from Switzerland I send a email to support but I don’t have reponse

no email from you arrived in support.
The problem is most likely the bug in the fastspring shop. (We notified them of the problem…)
You need to take care of te VAT-id field: make sure it is empty or filled with a valid ID:
When it has gone wrong once, it will keep on blocking.
Please use a incognito/cookieless browser window to force a fresh session, and make sure the VAT-id field is not autofilled by the browser.
