Such a rookie here. I know there are adjustments for touch so you don’t get unwanted notes. Been teaching myself with Presence in Studio One 4. I’m searching for settings. Do you have any hints to aid my search. Good stuff. Just impatient to get good at it.
the “noisegate” knob is the most important thing, you put it higher too hide softer notes.
Finetuning is very personal, some people like lots of gain and soft playing, others play hard less input senstivitiy, It is important to find your own sweetspot there.
100% accuracy is however not possible with guitarsynths, so you have to focus on playability first. If you get inspired and play great lines, that is perfect. Afterwards you can clean up the ghostnotes.
