Hello, i always hear the sound from my guitar, even the mixer controls inside Midiguitar 3 are set to 0!

So, that means MG3 isn’t the “bad guy” 
Check your audio interface regarding “Monitor” settings (some call it DAW, direct or bypass).
typically only the onboard audio would be affected by a windows update.
if using onboard audio look for the related audio mixer application (ex: realtek).
if not, what audio interface are you using?

I just deactivated input in windows soundmixer.
I do not know why it was activated from alone.
Ghost in the machine maybe :))
