I want to use my 6 string electric to trigger any vst instruments in my cubase 14. do i use the GUITAR or the BASS version that is offered.im not sure what the difference is.
you’d use the guitar tracker in midiguitar3.
either in mg3 or in cubase you’d probably tune down an octave, depending on the preset.
midibass is for input via bass guitars.

Use the guitar tracker for guitar. Use the bass tracker for bass.
