Hex Gain Module

Hi, first post here, been lurking a while
Windows 10, most recent beta of MIDI Guitar,
Completely hacked LPC with the insides of a Roland G-202, custom break out box w/ string signals directly from that hex pickup before any opamps, etc
Scarlett 18i6 interface.

Trying to pad individual string levels before the conversion process in MIDI Guitar, since the Scarlett has no way to do this, and they are way too hot for MIDI Guitar Hex directly from the guitar(tons of spurious triggering).

If I place a NI FM8 vsti in a chain, and place the gain module directly above it, even if I mute all 6 strings, still getting output from FM8, seems to make no difference where the level controls are, or if the module is switched on/off.

Thinking I’m missing something?

Thanks for reading!

Confirmed, it isn’t working in last win version for me either.

Cool. Thanks. Guess I’ll wait for an official word on this. In case the feature isn’t implemented/planned, it would be useful to have user profiles/presets for this module for different guitars, playing techniques, etc. In my (longer than I want to think about…) struggle with “guitar synths” of all flavors, after playing technique, pickup(string) sensitivity has been perhaps the single most important parameter for dialing in tracking/playability.
