How do I load and select 3rd party VSTs from the Plugins panel?

I recently installed and configured the demo version of MG 2.2.1. I am able to play and hear the Test piano sounds. However, I am wondering how do I load and select 3rd party VSTs from the Plugins panel?
Please help the new guy!

For future references, see the plugin browser inside MG and external VSTs will appear in selectors, just like internal modules.
