How do I load more instruments and effects into Midi Guitar 2 for iOS on my iPad?

Hi,

At last I have started to explore Midi Guitar 2, and also its integration with Garageband. So I am just a beginner.

I wonder how I can load more instruments and effects into Midi Guitar 2 for iOS on my iPad? I understand it is possible to add so many more. I think I would need an instruction for Dummies. :slight_smile:

Please press the “help” button inside the app.
There are some video tutorials.

Basically you have two options. Start with 1.

  1. Use the External MIDI Output app to send midi to Garageband or some synth.
  2. Load external audio unit apps from app store directly inside MG. They will appear as instruments/synths or audio effects inside MG.

RE loading audio unit apps into MG2, would AudioKit Synth One app be compatible? Or could you please suggest a few synths that could be loaded into MG2.
