Hi, I have a license for MG2. Now I have installed MG 3.068. I’m not using HEX. When I click Activate License I can enter my email and I get a mail with a link. When I click it, I see my License Code to copy/paste.
And then ? What do I do with the code ? Where can I paste it to activate MG3 ? Clicking on Activate only offers me to send me another email …. Thanks for your help!
Thanks for the quick help! It now worked, but apparently you have to send an email and then immediately enter the code. When using the code from yesterday I couldn´t just paste it in - it only accepts an email address at first use. MG3 works well here 
Oh, that’s unexpected… it should be the same code on the same machine.
Do you use it as a plugin within Logic?
I just tried it on my other computer: I use Bitwig with the mg3 vst3 plugin on Mac: I got the email yesterday and want to enter the code, but I only see: Type your email… and I only see “submit email” not : activate button.
In the screenshot you sent above: it says: if you are a customer….. I only see this immediately after sending myself another email. I must have sent myself 5 or 6 emails already
