How to get in contact with support for License file?

Hello, Does anyone know how to get into contact with support to get a new license file? My Midi Guitar 2 license on my MacBook Pro deactivated itself and the plugin is now in Trial mode. I recently upgraded to Logic 10.7.5, which may have caused this issue.

I have sent a few messages through the contact form but have not gotten a response in over a week.
