My old WindowsPC crashed, so I want to reinstall on my new PC (running on Windows 10). How shall I do this?

Welcome here, to begin with!
Just go to the download page and get the appropriate installer Download – Jam Origin
Then you need your license file. You got it in your mail when you purchased the software in the first place. But if you don’t have the license file available (since your PC crashed) here is where you apply for a new license. (3. Lost your license?) Documentation – Jam Origin
But do keep in mind that this is a manual process, handled normally once a week, so it might take some time before you get an answer. (Just so you don’t start wondering).
