I'm experiencing an MG3 standalone app launch issue on Win 11

Hi I bought a license and the plugins work nicely. V3 standalone won’t launch though, Win 11. I’ve tried the three V3 beta versions on the download page

here’s the contents of the program’s log

Try the following that may assist in rectifying problems with JUCE-based apps like MG3 when they crash early with an ntdll.dll / 0xC0000005-related issue on Windows 11.

  1. Kill any stuck MG3 process
  • Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc → Processes → end any “MIDI Guitar 3.exe”.
  1. Reset MG3’s settings (non-destructive)
  • In "%AppData%\JamOrigin\Preferences", rename MG3’s prefs files (don’t delete—just add “.bak”) so it starts clean. Please check this post – I suspect it may help you: MG3 Windows 11 blank GUI on startup
  1. Also, try starting MG3 with audio/MIDI fully disconnected:

    • Physically unplug USB audio/MIDI devices and close any audio utilities (e.g., Focusrite Control, Nahimic/Sonic Studio, Voicemeeter, ASIO Link).
    • Launch MG3. If it now opens, re-select your device later in Settings. (A lot of early-init crashes are device/driver handshakes.)

Thank you. I tried all the step you suggest. No change. All that happens, as yesterday before I tried this, is there’s a momentary flicker of the icon the Win 11 “opening app” spinny animation, then nothing. There were no MG3 processes Here’s the log with my Audio device unplugged and the prefs files renamed to .bak
