Sure it is. The last update 3.0.68 is just 3 weeks ago for Mac, Windows and iOS.

This is big update, especially for Windows, which was lagging behind the Mac version. The update is across all platforms (Mac, Windows, iOS) and mainly bug-fixes and UI improvements, but there are also some new features. It will now hide all experimental modules by default, so you if you seem to be missing some stuff, go and enable it in Settings => Plugins => Experimental Modules.
