Hi,
Is the iOS beta testing only for 30 days? Would really like to keep testing and learning the app
Cheers
Apple’s TestFlight releases have a 90-day lifetime. New version releases reset the counter.
Hi,
I seem to have only had 30 days! And test flight is asking for my code or invite.
Thanks Steve
Hi,
I think the penny just dropped! We need an update for the beta to continue.
Steve
@JamO the current iOS beta has expired!
I have the same issue. Test flight says beta is closed, and my prior install expired. I was getting good results as Auv3 in Loopy pro 2.0. A very powerful Combo. Finding MPE instruments that work well with the guitar is tricky. Also, please explore the presets so I can select them via loopy.

Sorry… the TestFlight 90 days are up. I’ll get a new update out soon.
Once I realized I too was on “unintended sabbatical” from the iOS version, I went back to the Mac and the very first thing I did was run MG3 standalone with a Transposer on octave down for the guitar signal.
It was magnificent.
I’ve gotta give a shameless plug to see that update in the next version–having the Transposer work on guitar audio in MG3 plugin mode and not just in standalone–because that may be the best polyphonic octaver I have ever heard. Run straight into a TONEX bass amp model, it sounded glorious.
Shameless plug aside, I do want to say I have been extremely impressed by the iOS version of MG3. The bringing together of MG3, AUM, and Circa, in particular, makes for a ridiculously powerful and flexible platform for “in the box” live musicking. I am reminded of this each time I return to my setup (such as it is) and open an AUM session, watching everything just pop up to give me guitar, multiple SWAM instruments, and samplers, switchable between paired channel groups, all into a six-track looper, the whole setup controlled entirely by a small MIDI control surface and a five-footswitch floor controller with one expression pedal. (Oh, and of course, the MPE guitar!) It all comes up in seconds, and I can just start playing.
That’s just amazing to me.
Any timeframe for a new beta update? Or a release we can buy?
The iOS Beta is back–and with improvements! I am tickled witless to see that the Transposer module now does indeed work on audio signal as well as for MIDI notes. That’s going to get some significant testing.
