Licence issues

Received a reactivation code and it worked fine for MG3. When I tried to reactivate MG2 nothing happens. Is it not possible to use both versions on the same machine with this licence ?

If you are talking about the computer version (and not the iOS), it is most certanly possible to use MG2 and MG3 on the same machine. But these are two different licenses. If you have had MG2 activated from before, you should have a license file somewhere on your computer. In my case it looks like this:

“Firstname Lastname.license”

So, you can look for a similar document/file on you computer. Use the name you registered with. :+1:

That`s the problem, there is no such license file on the Computer ( Win11) anymore after I migrated the system to another machine. The Recovery Code produced only a Code for MGM3.
