License file , support request unanswered


I need a new license file as it seems to have disappeared from my computer

I’ve asked a few times via your support, I imagine my emails are going into your spam as this seems to have happened to previous users. Why don’t you automatically add customer emails to your contacts? At least I hope this is the issue, not that you are just ignoring my messages.

Could you send me a new one, please?

In the first support ticket you have forgot the “s” in your email address, and we got “email not delivered” when replying, but you should be ok now.
