I have a new iPad and MG2 has been working good up til today. It crashes on launch for some unknown reason. I’ve shut down and restarted the iPad but doesn’t help. Any suggestions before I delets and reinstall? I’ll probably lose all my setting, right?
I can’t say with 100% certainty whether or not deleting the application will erase your data, but I suspect it will. I think your best course of action is to sign up for Apple’s TestFlight and install the MG3 beta for iOS (it will
overwrite the MG2 app without data loss).
If you wish to return to MG2, you can reinstall MG2 from the App Store (overwrites MG3). If you approach the process in this manner, it will not erase your MG2 data and you can try MG3 which may be more reliable for you for now. You never know, it might solve the problem too.
Thank you. From what I can tell it was corruption in the data file. I found a way to delete the app and reinstall keeping my data. That didn’t solve the problem. After all that I was considering installing MG3. Do you find it stable? My requirements are very simple, trying to do most of the heavy lifting within AUM.

I’ve barely had a minute to test the latest beta on iOS but it’s stable on macOS — so I think iOS will follow suit. I’d give it a try. Nothing to lose.
