Hi, has anyone had issues with pitch bends not working using Surge XT with MG2 standalone for Windows? Surge works just fine in the MG3 beta, but I cannot get bends to work with MG2, and I’ve tried everything- matching pitch ranges, disabling legato, MPE on/off, and so forth. Since it works with MG3, I have to think it has something to do with MPE capability, but I’m not sure. Having the same issue with some other synths- Zebralette, Tyrell, and Zyklop, for instance. Is there something I’m missing or is there a workaround? Thanks!
I’m not on Windows, but I can tell you that Surge XT VST3 on macOS also doesn’t receive pitch bend data when loaded in MG2 standalone – but the AUv2 does. Also, Surge XT standalone receives pitch bend data fine over virtual MIDI from MG2. Hope this helps.
Hey, thanks for the info. Much appreciated!

I can confirm that pitch bend does not work with Surge XT and MG2 Standalone (Win 11). Curiously, if bends are disabled in MG2, Surge performs semitone pitch changes.
It seems it is definitely the VST3 format- I installed a previous VST2 version and bends work well. Not as many options as the newest version (although very similar), but the sounds I was using are there so good enough…
