I am using an iPad Pro 2021 Model. Every time I try and select SHOP and Purchase the two in app features which will allow me to use Sample Tank with my Tonewood Amp, there is no Green Purchase buttons. I have installed and reinstalled dozens of times; once reinstalled I go the SHOP, the two green buttons appear for 2-3 seconds and then disappear before you can even select one. Can you help me so I can download the plug ins so I can use Sample Tank with my Tonewood Amp again? Thank you. Bryce
If this is on the 12.9 inch iPad Pro 2021, I believe there is a graphical issue.
Please hold on a few days and we’ll have a first MG3 TestFlight version.

It is a 2018 or 2019 iPad Pro 11” and I have used it with MG with SampleTank with Tonewood Amp many times before there was an In App Purchase. Thank you for your help. It has been several years that I have been trying to get reconnected. Your effort is to be commended.

One other thing. I attempted to down load MG2 on my iPhone 16 pro Max running iOS 18.2 as well. Same thing happens to my iPhone Press shop and the page open with the Green Purchase boxes and then within 2-3 seconds disappears. I would assume that many people would give up and not report it. I did because I have used MG 2 and Sample Tank with my Tonewood Amp for several years before the in App Purchase so I know what it can do, Thanks you again. Bryce
