Hi, I need some help.
After updating to newest version 3.0.63, the lowest note on my guitar - deep e-string open - is muted.
I use Cubase 14 Pro windows version.
The funny thing is that on on my second PC - a laptop - with exactly the same setup, the open e-string is NOT muted.

I’m not sure exactly what the problem might be yet but are you having the same low-E muting problem with the standalone version as you’re experiencing with the plugin loaded in Cubase? This might offer a clue.

In standalone version low-E is not muted. I experienced that there was a difference in the audio setup. In the vst version the input was set to Focusrite Thunderbolt ASIO instead of Focusrite USB ASIO. After changing this setting to Focusrite USB ASIO, the low-E is back!
