MG3 for IOS - Error: Not receiving and audio from the interface

The last couple weeks I’ve been getting this message:
Error: Not receiving and audio from the interface…

No interface, hardware or system changes and have double checked all setup options. I have it connected to my Line 6 Helix. Anyone else having this issue?

is it possible that your mic permissions got reset?

I’ll assume you’re using MG3 standalone.

  1. Which iOS version?
  2. Do other apps register the Helix as a Core Audio device?
  3. If yes, does audio reach other guitar processing applications correctly when using Helix as an audio interface?
  4. How about a different interface…same issue?

I’m at iOS 26.6 and it’s the standalone version.
I have other software that I run, Stage Traxx 3 and a couple other soft synths which I run audio and MIDI through the Helix with no problem. The odd thing is I can relaunch, plug and unplug the USB and MG3 still doesn’t see the interface but then randomly it shows up after 5 or 10 minute all by itself.

Hmmm, How about for audio input, say into an amp sim?
