MG3 for Turkish bağlama

Hello, I joined,
I have a few questions.

1- When I use my traditional Turkish instrument bağlama with MidiGuitar 3, the underscore pickup is a unique pickup!.. It is not as advanced as guitars in this regard, so what can be done to control the sensitivity?
2- If the mouse is not scrolling on the plugin screen!.. there are no options to move up or down!.. Can there be a fix or development for this issue!..
3-There is a squeak sound when finger sliding while playing solo on guitar or baglama!.. Do you have any suggestions for a plugin or fix or development that can prevent this? or any technical suggestions?
4- Testing time is very limited!.. Is there a chance to extend it by 5 minutes? (License screen)
5- I am following with great interest, I am doing various tests to get good results and I will definitely get them…
thanks

if the pickup is a piezo, you should have no problems. in fact, i think piezo’s have certain advantages over magnetic pickups.

all i do with my piezo guitar pickups is ensure that i have good levels and no clipping.

on the plugin screen i think this is a reported issue but in the meantime the left/right moves you in and out of folders and up/down are working.

the only way to deal with the squeaks which i’ve seen is to use flatwound strings.

good luck, have fun.

I am using piezo as you said but I might be making a mistake in MidiGuitar 3 settings or (DAW) Studio One 7 settings!..
So I don’t know what is causing it. Thanks.

get mg3 running in standalone mode first.

what is your os? which audio interface do you have?

are you getting nothing at all? you should see input activity.

how is your instrument strung? are there pairs of strings as with a 12 string guitar?

OK

Win 10, M-Audio Air 192/4

I am receiving an input signal… My instrument is playing!.. The problem is not that I am not receiving the sound!..
The problem is that since the piezo is a single piece, the signals of the lower string, middle string and upper strings are mixed up and there is chaos.

Turkish instrument baglama (SAZ) has 2 strings in each group and both are in the same tuning. Total 3 groups of strings
My problem is that since it is not a hexaphonic magnetic system, the sounds are mixed up due to the piezo pickup!..

the standard (non-hex) version of mg3 processes multiple strings without issue, but in this case i believe the problem is that the strings are tuned to the same note.

as a test, using just one pair of strings, tune one up a whole step. mg3 should give you two separate notes, and no chaos.

if that works then i’d suggest removing the second of each pair of strings. you could re-introduce the de-tuned effect on the midi side of things, although that wouldn’t be an authentic representation.

what types of sounds are you trying to produce?

Ok Thanks. I will try.
Usually piano, guitar, organ, rhodes, guitar, harp, some synth sounds, pad and lead sounds…
