Hi there have downloaded MG2 and license which works fine, and have now downloaded MG3 but cannot activate as you suggest, I put email in then submit it returns a link through email which I press which then gives me a license number, (and a point about the license when it looks like zero is it or is it the alphabet O.) I input the license in, press submit then nothing, just returns to the start. Thanks for your time
Simply copy the license code. It should auto-fill when you return to MG3, if I recall correctly.

Hello there thanks for your input it gave me a clue, I changed browser from Firefox to Chrome and as you said it worked, which indicates Firefox is the problem thank you very much.
