Is it not possible to select midi input channel in Midi Guitar 3?
I use it in MainStage (on a Mac), so MainStage takes care of MG3’s settings/patches. I use an external midi controller for MainStage patch change and expression control. However, changing patches will also change patches in MG3…which I do not want, and I can’t seem to find a way to select midi channel input in MG3, or to block patch change…
Currently it isn’t possible to select the incoming MIDI channel.
We might have to implement this - and I’m about to remake the patchbay/CC screen anyways. I’m just curious what kind of controller are you using?

I’m using a Morningstar MC8 Pro, with connected expression pedals, over bluetooth to the Macbook. The USB connection on the MC8 can be configured to use 4 MIDI ports, but I prefer to be wireless to the Mac!
