Hi - I have both MIDI guitar and MIDI bass installed on one computer (Mac). Using a bass, MIDI guitar works just fine, but with the exact same set up (as far as I can see), MIDI bass does not work. It just does not seem to recognize the incoming signal from the audio interface. Any ideas on how to fix/what the issue might be? Thank you!

I am having the same problem…midi guitar is working but midi bass does not work. I open it right after playing in Midi guitar and it has all the same settings but Midi Bass is not recognizing the signal and thus produces no sound. I have a 2017 Macbook Pro with OS 10.14.6. I downloaded and installed the Midi Bass for 10.14. Any help from support would be great thanks!
