MIDI Guitar 2 plug-in shows parameters, not expected MG2 GUI, in GarageBand 11

MIDI Guitar Plug-In does not show the User Interface correctly with a M4 Mac Studio In Garageband 11, running Sequoia 15.4.1. It does, however, show up on my older laptops (running with Monterey version 12.7.6 on a MacBook Pro mid 2015 with a 2.2 GHz Quad Core Intel Core i7, and 16 GB of memory). How to fix?? I have screenshots available, but don’t see how I can upload them with this request. The correct user interface does show when using the MIDI Guitar 2 plug-in with Iogic Pro 11, while using the Mac studio running sequoia.

  1. Open Settings: Go to GarageBand > Settings (or Preferences) in the top menu bar.

  2. General Tab: Click on the General tab.

  3. Disable “Controls View”: Uncheck the box for “Open plug-ins in Controls view by default”.

  4. Reload Plugin: Close the plugin window and reopen it.
