MIDI GUITAR 3.0.55 BETA for Windows Has anything changed in the settings for cakewalk? Even with the inputs and outputs activated in the vst, I can only record audio, it doesn’t send midi… I use the same settings I’ve always used.

Yes, in MG3 the MIDI OUTPUT module is responsible for sending out midi, so please use the MG MINI patch.
