MIDI Guitar 3 - Cubase 14 buffer issue

Hi,
I try to run MG3 in Cubase 14 as VST3 (insert on an audio Track as discribed). If I try to setup the plugin I allways get the message, that my “asio driver is running with 512kB Buffer (…)” - but its not. My ASIO is set to 128bit (latency under 5ms), but the plugin seems not to realize that.
How can I fix that?

Greetings, Rubs

Please make sure that you don’t have the ASIO Guard enabled in your settings. This would result in the message you get even if the audio interface is set to 128 samples.

Hi,
thank you!
Now, it works… and it works great. - I will sell my midiguitar and buy a license with the money.

Cheers, Rubster

Hahaha…but better keep your MIDI guitar as long it has a hex PU and try out MG3Hex!

Hi again,
its a Jamstik Guitar: It has the classic midi-pickup, but it only has an usb-c output, not the old roundcabel.
If that will work I will shure chackout the software!

Greetings, Ruben

Hi Ruben, unfortunately that will not work since no audio signals are sent through the USB connection.
