MIDI Guitar 3 - Looper, Sequencer, Shredder, and Arpeggiator

n this video, we take a first look at the Looper, the Sequencer, the Shredder, and the Arpeggiator.

They are all MIDI recorders, players, or modifiers with a relationship to the new transport play button function, also explained here.

This blew my mind today, and I really needed it. (Not in a good place metaphysically; I’ve been in perpetual reaction mode since the beta period began, and consequently frustrated not to have the available time/attention to dig in the way it deserves.)

Thank you for that. Hope indeed springs eternal, but sometimes it comes in fits and starts.

Hi, sorry to disturb, I have probably a very stupid problem, this is my setup but I can’t hear the shredder (or even the arpeggiator), am I missing something? I can hear my input guitar, I can hear the output from my Audio Interface, but whenever I add a Sequencer (same with looper) and I trigger the play button, I can’t hear those effects

Could anyone help me with that? Thank you very much

Yes, the arpeggiator and the shredder are just MIDI generators. You need a software instrument (after them on the chain) to hear anything

Thanks!!! Ok I was missing the next instrument in the chain (sorry I’m just a guitar player, that really just started the journey in this amazing world). Really appreciate the support
