Notation using Sibelius and/or Logic X

I want to play my guitar and have Jam Origin save the written musical notation of what I have played so I can print PDFs of what I played. I am using Sibelius (most recent version) and Logic X ( I can upgrade if necessary). If I play my electric piano, I can do this using either Sibelius or Logic

Can Jam Origin do that?

Any additional Jam Origin functionality would be icing on the cake.

As a window user I can not answer in detail but if you use a keyboard to play and record in Logic, you can do the same with your guitar which becomes your master keyboard thanks to Midi Guitar.

You can use the plugin version in Logic Pro X or the standalone version by routing its Midi output.
